Ship's Directory — every contact, one door
One master directory for crew, vendors, guests, and float-plan contacts — filter by role instead of hunting through separate screens.
The Ship's Directory is the one place every person connected to the boat lives: crew cards, vendors and their people, guests, and float-plan contacts. Tap the pills across the top to filter by role — crew, vendors, guests, emergency contacts — or use the search field — it's always visible, no pull-down hiding — to find anyone by name, email, or phone.
Steps
-
Open it
☰ (hamburger) → Ship's Directory. It's also the single Directory row in Settings — same place, two doors.
-
Filter or search
The pills filter the list to one role at a time. The search field looks across everyone at once — name, email, phone.
-
Everything doors through
Tap any row to open the full card. Add a new crew card or guest right from the Directory with the + menu.
-
On a crew member's phone
On a signed-in boat the owner, captain and manager see every crew and guest card. A crew member's phone receives only their own card: there the Crew and Guests sections show that card alone, under a line saying the rest are kept for the owner, captain and manager, and the + menu offers no new crew card or guest.
