Completed — what has been done, rolling twelve months

The reference page behind the Work List: every service, resolved repair and safety test, with who, hours and cost, for the last twelve months from each item's own date.

Completed is the other half of the Work List. The list says what the boat owes; this page says what has been done — services, resolved repairs and safety tests — with who did it, the hours on the meter and what it cost.

It rolls. Each row stays for twelve months from its own completion date, then leaves the page. Nothing is deleted: the range is a filter, and open any unit or job for its full history as far back as the record runs. Widen the range to 24 months or All to look further back.

An amber row is a job that is done but not closed out — no cost recorded, no hours, no sign-off. It never stops you recording that work happened; it just names what a surveyor or an insurer would ask for.

Steps

  1. Open it

Work List → Completed (top right). It is also a door of its own from search.

  2. Read the totals

Jobs closed · spend · how many have an incomplete close-out. Then the months, newest first, each with its own spend subtotal.

  3. Export a dated PDF

A rolling page is different every day, so what you hand to a surveyor or an insurer is a snapshot stamped with the range and the day it was made. Tap the share icon.

  4. What ages off next

The footer names the row that leaves the page soonest and when — so a twelve-month annual service never vanishes without warning.
