Reschedule cascade — what each option does
When you start or end a leg off its planned time and legs follow it, theONE asks how to handle those legs. Three exact options. Editing a leg's ETD or ETA by hand does not ask — it moves that leg alone.
The Reschedule Cascade sheet appears when you tap Start Leg on a leg that is running late, or End Leg on a leg that ends off its planned time, and there are legs after it the change would move. Single-leg trips don't see this sheet. Once it is up you cannot swipe it away — you have to pick one of the three.
Steps
-
Apply Shift
One-tap fast path. Every downstream leg moves by the same delta you applied to the trigger leg. Use this when 'we're just running late' is the whole story.
-
Keep Original
Only the trigger leg moves. Downstream legs stay at their original times — useful if the rest of the schedule is already pinned to a tide or a charter window.
-
Edit Each Manually
The sheet switches to an editing list without leaving it: one row per downstream leg, each with an ETD and an ETA picker already filled in with the proposed time. Flip a row's toggle to Keep and that leg stays where it is. Save commits every row at once; Back returns to the three buttons.
