What Mission Control is showing you
Decode every band, chip, and tile on the dashboard.
Mission Control is a stack of bands, top to bottom. Each band condenses one slice of the boat's state into a glance.
Steps

Next trip
There is no trip countdown card. The next trip reaches you in two places. The TODAY chip's first line reads the next leg as “→ destination” — the trip's title when that leg has no destination — with an “ETA 4:15 PM” pill beside it when the leg carries a time. The Upcoming trips band lower down lists the next three: each row carries the trip title, its departure date and time, its guest count, and a pill reading either “Planned” or “2 blockers”. Tap a row there to open Trip Detail.
-
TODAY chip
A horizontal pill that pulls in today's weather summary, tide, and sun times. Each row inside is its own door — tap weather to see the 7-day forecast, tap tide to see the day's tide schedule. Until you have answered the iOS location prompt the chip runs on your homeport rather than your position, and it says so: the conditions line ends in "· Homeport", or reads "Add a homeport for weather" when the vessel has no homeport coordinates either. While that is true a "Use my location" row sits under the conditions line, and tapping it is what puts the question. Nothing on Mission Control asks by itself; other taps here ask when the job needs a position — Go now, or resuming the anchor watch, for example. Allow, and the row goes and the chip reads your position as soon as it has a fix. Refuse, and it is replaced by a line saying location is off for theONE, with Open Settings.
-
Telemetry tiles
Fuel, water, holding, shore power, batteries, wind, swing, heading, plus per-engine coolant and oil for every engine you added. Tap any tile to see its history chart and, with Manual entry as the source, to log a new reading. A tile with nothing read shows a dash and 'No reading yet', never a zero.
-
Crew bubble
A band headed CREW ABOARD with a count, then an avatar and name for each active member whose role is crew or captain — owners and managers are not listed, and the band hides itself when nobody matches. Tap a person for their profile, or See all to open Member Users.
