My Sessions — your record of every visit

For vendors: review your own work sessions — clock-ins, clock-outs, notes, and sign-off details — across the jobs you service.

My Sessions is a vendor-only view — it's your running record of every work session on the boat: when you clocked in, when you clocked out, and what you noted. As a vendor your More tab is a slim three-row hub (Account, My Sessions and Settings), so this is the only path to your history.

Steps

  1. Where to find it

Open the More tab and tap My Sessions. It's one of only three rows a vendor sees, and its subtitle shows how many sessions are on file so you know there's history before you open it.

  2. How a session starts

Sessions come from clocking in to a job from Mission Control. Clock in when you arrive and clock out when you're done — each one becomes a row in this list.

  3. Active vs. completed

A session that's still open — you've clocked in but not out — sits in its own 'Active' group at the top. Completed sessions are grouped by month, newest first.

  4. Filter the list

Five chips narrow the view: All, Week, Month, Auto-closed, and With notes. 'Auto-closed' surfaces the sessions the app ended for you when a clock-out was missed — the anomaly worth checking.

  5. Open a session

Tap any row for the full breakdown: who clocked it in and out and when, a GPS map link for where the work happened, your notes, and any observations linked to that visit.

  6. It's an audit trail

The history is read-only and append-only — sessions can't be edited or deleted. That's deliberate: the record stays on the vendor card so accountability survives even after someone leaves the company.
