Bilge & pump monitoring
Keep a bilge record by hand. theONE does not monitor the bilge or its pumps, and no version date is promised for it.
theONE has no live bilge monitoring — it does not read pump counters or float switches. Automatic cycle counts and high-water alerts are not read from the boat — log them by hand.
What works today is the discipline: log your bilge checks so the record exists and the trend is visible.
Steps
-
Log a bilge check today
Log an observation against the bilge pump's system — Mission Control → the Open observations tile → + (Log observation). Note the water level and whether the pump has been cycling.
-
Make it routine
Put a bilge check into your pre-departure and anchored playbooks so it gets logged every time, not just when something looks wrong.
-
Not in theONE: automatic monitoring
theONE does not read a bilge sensor or a pump-cycle counter from the boat's network, so it counts no cycles, watches no water level and raises no bilge alarm — log your checks by hand, as above. No version is promised for it.
